Airless Spray Bitumen
A thixotropic plasticised coating based on a high standard bitumen and pigmented with a lamella filler, giving excellent waterproofing properties and a tough film.

Key features are:
• Meets the requirements of BR Specification 70/43
• High build application (up to 200 microns per coat), reduces time and cost
• Gives twice the film thickness compared to standard bitumen
• Non drip - reduces runs or sagging for better finish quality
• Good impact resistance
• Plasticised coating gives flexibility

Typical uses are:
• Longer term protection of steel on bridge undersides, under roofs etc.
• Protection of masonry surfaces in industrial atmospheres.
• Waterproofing concrete in damp areas e.g. tunnel rings etc.
• Undersealing cars and lorries.

Usually a one-coat system.

Aluminium Reflective 101
A thixotropic high build aluminium pigmented coating formulated on a natural grade bitumen and incorporating a lamella pigment that gives improved resistance to moisture ingress and ultra violet degradation.
• Excellent water repellent properties
• Attractive bright aluminium finish
• Solar reflective - reduces heat through a roof
• High build - reduces application costs
• Good impact resistance and flexibility
Typical uses are:
• Anti-corrosive topcoat for steel tanks and pipelines

Comastic - Vinyl Tar Coating
...high build single pack moisture repellent anti corrosive coating for application to boat or steelwork in a marine environment.

Epicol HB L1214
...high build epoxy polyamide cured finish coat with inert extenders that has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance as well as superb waterproofing properties. It has a number of applications in water, sewage and petrochemical environments.
• good chemical and solvent resistance
• conforms to BS5493 KF1B, KM1 and KM2
• good abrasion resistance
Typical uses include:
• a build coat in all epoxy or epoxy/polyurethane systems.
• can be used in immersed conditions in both fresh and salt water.
• as a floor finish on steel and concrete.

Epimastic MT (L1078)
...two pack high build surface tolerant coal tar epoxy that combines the toughness, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance of a high performance epoxy resin with the excellent water resistance of coal tar.
...use in under-water areas (e.g. jetties, piles, barges etc.), crude oil and crude oil/ballast tanks.
...long term storage protection of steel exposed to rain in marine atmospheres etc. and pipeline exteriors.
• moisture tolerant (can be applied to damp substrates),
• surface tolerant (non immersed steelwork, does not require abrasive blast cleaning),

Intex No. 2 B1106
A thixotropic high build fast drying coating formulated using selective bitumens and high quality mineral fillers giving a tough flexible and attractive matt finish.
• Tough flexible film
• High build application of 100 microns per coat
• Good general purpose corrosion protection

• Can be applied by brush, roller, conventional or airless spray

...recommended by various police forces as an anti-intruder coating and to act as a deterrent to burglars and vandals against entry into dangerous areas.
